Hermes Europe GmbH rebranded in March 2022. In 2023 Evri was the UK's biggest dedicated parcel delivery company, reaching a record performance of more than 150 million parcels delivered in January 2024.

After obtaining the position of Finance Administrator while working for Staffline Group PLC, I was hired by Evri in September 2022 and have been working for the company since.

● Hub System and Yard Controller Assistant (November 2022 - Present)

Responsible for bridging planning, transport and operations departments, ensuring seamless coordination. Managing SQL server’s data and utilizing Excel, VBA, SQL and Power BI for report generation. Proactively identifying and addressing data discrepancies for optimized operations.

● Finance Administrator (March 2021 - November 2022)

Conducted data entry for drivers' routes and maintained communication with recruiting agencies and transportation department to ensure accurate cost allocation. Managed subcontractors' expenses, coordinated resource utilization, and prepared materials for internal events. Supported efficient financial operations within the transportation section.

Hermes Europe + Staffline Group PLC

Hermes Europe GmbH is an international trade and logistics service provider based in Hamburg. It offers services that are in demand all over the world – from transport (which includes imports and exports) to order fulfilment and parcel services.

My experience with Hermes began through Staffline Group PLC, where I worked under a temporary contract until september 2021, when I was officially hired .

● Yard Marshal (October 2020 - March 2021)

As a Yard Marshal, my primary responsibility was to oversee the efficient organization of goods within the yard. I played a critical role in ensuring accurate placement of goods and prioritizing shipments to minimize delays and optimize workflow.

● Gatehouse operator (July 2020 - October 2020)

As a Gatehouse Operator, I managed the reception of incoming goods and directed them to the appropriate sorting points.

Lynx SPA

The Lynx Group specialises in the design and implementation of digital solutions, supporting large organisations operating in the Utilities, Finance, Insurance, and PA sectors.

During my fourth year of IT high school, I completed an apprenticeship with Lynx SPA. There, I learned the fundamentals of object-oriented programming with Java and concepts such as client-server architecture. The experience was primarily technical rather than practical, involving studying the programming language with a tutor and then applying it to develop custom functions based on the company's requirements.

RC-Solution

RC SOLUTION manufactures and assembles products, delegating production to trusted partners selected based on stringent criteria. The company utilizes technologically advanced lines for all types of production and automated testing systems.

My first work experience was with RC-Solution, where I began with a one-month apprenticeship. During this time, I was responsible for filing orders and invoices, I have done basic spreadsheet work, conducted market research, and provided general office assistance. Following the apprenticeship, I was hired for a month of part-time work in the company's lab. In this role, I learned to assemble various components and gained experience in warehouse operations and labeling.
